Customer Care

A: Yes, in general we send with original box. In case you would like to save shipping cost and don’t need the original box, we can also arrange to send your item without original box and place your brand new toy in our ziplock for you. Please note that the item without original box cannot be returned.

Shipping

A: Any duty, customs fees and local taxes for international shipments to be paid on the receiving end. The custom duty shall be undertaken by customer. VAT for orders sending to European Union countries is included in the shipping fee.

If the package is rejected by the customs of your home country or otherwise and returned to ToyMeUpScottie, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and a re-stocking fee of 10% of the total product purchase price.

For Hong Kong local delivery

We can arrange courier by SF Express with payment at recipient.

Or you may pick-up the goods at our office. Please email us to arrange delivery / pick-up details.

For overseas delivery

We offer delivery to overseas addresses, shipping charge depends on delivery method, actual weight and packing size.

Please check the estimated shipping fee at check-out by selecting your country.  If you find your country is not available on the shipping fee table, please email us for shipping fee quote.

Return and Refund

A: Sorry, our product is not refundable. Once an order is confirmed and paid via Paypal or direct bank deposit, we will not accept order cancellation of any reasons However, if the order is processed is proved lack of stock or incorrectly processed at our fault, the payment you made will be fully refundable. 

A: Here are the steps for return for exchange;

  1. Email us your request for exchange within 7 working days upon received of the item,
  2. State your order number and reason for returning the items for exchange
  3. We will confirm if the request for return and exchange is accepted through email
  4. Please return the item within 7 working days upon our email confirmation.
  5. Customer will be responsible for the return and exchange shipping charge (including the 2nd time sending out the exchange item).
  6. Once we received the returned item, we will confirm if the item is valid for exchange after our examination on the returned item.
  7. The exchange item will be sent out within 7 working days once the above is confirmed.
  8. Please note that any items that return for exchange must be:
  • in its original packing ;
  • not open; 
  • presented with our original invoice

A: We will arrange the item exchange process within 7 days upon receipt of the returned item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

A: The following items are non-returnable:

  • Any goods delivered and received more than 7 working days
  • Any contrived damage.
  • Any free gift accessories and parts.
  • Any discount, clearance or sales items

In the event of dispute, ToyMeUpScottie decision shall be final and conclusive.

A: No worries, If an item is faulty or does not match its advertised description, you can return within 7 working days upon receipt of the package.  

Please note that the return item must be :

  1. in its original packing ;
  2. not open; 
  3. presented with our original invoice

In cae of factory fault, please email us with photos of the damaged items to request a return for replacement. ToyMeUpScottie will be responsible for the return shipping charge with lowest shipping fee option. Please note that we only arrange replacement for the same item that damaged. If the item is no longer available for replacement, we will issue a full retund through Paypal.

Please note that the followings are not considered as damage or factory defects:

  • Damage a result of used or worn
  • Color discrepancy – the actual products color may be slightly different from viewing on screen due to monitor’s reason, affect from lighting or simply difference on everyone’s eyes.
  • Damage of original box due to long journey of shipping distance.

ToyMeUpScottie reserves the right to reject a refund, return or exchange from customer should any of the above conditions are not met or if we consider there to have been an excessive number of returns from a customer.
